Acting Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board

Mr Weerachai Amornrat-Tana was appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of ProsperCap Corporation Limited from 1 August 2025.

He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board and a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Amornrat-Tana will provide leadership as well as oversee the development and execution of business strategies for the continued growth of the Company.

As the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at DTGO Corporation Limited, Mr Amornrat-Tana currently sits on the board of several private and public-listed companies in Thailand and has over 30 years of banking experience in various commercial banks in Thailand, holding executive positions and specializing in global transactional banking and relationship management.

Besides holding a Bachelor of Social Science from Kasetsart University and a Bachelor of Accounting from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Mr Amornrat-Tana also graduated from the George Washington University in the USA with a Master of Business Administration. He is also an active member of the Thai Federation of Accounting Professions and holds the Certificate of Public Accountant (CPA).

Thiti Thongbenjamas

Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director

Appointed to the Board on 26 August 2024, Mr Thiti Thongbenjamas currently serves as the Managing Director for Octave Living. With over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, operational efficiency, and development, complemented by his expertise in real estate development, including mixed-use and integrated destinations.

Mr Thongbenjamas’ previous engagements spanned United States, Europe, and Asia, where he worked with renowned global hospitality companies such as Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), Sheraton, Hilton, Marriot, Hard Rock Hotels and Resorts, and Club Med Resort. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts’ presence in Asia from 2006 to 2017.

Mr Thongbenjamas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Economic from the University of California, Berkeley and continued with an Executive Master of Business Administration from the San Francisco State University. Furthermore, he holds various positions on the board of several private and public-listed companies and provides strategic stewardship to diverse ventures in hospitality and real estate development.

Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director

Previously serving as the Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director of ProsperCap Corporation in 2024, Mr Hansa Susayan was re-appointed to the Board on 1 April 2026. He is an Executive Committee Member and the Business Group Chairman of DTGO Group of Companies, and chairs DTP Global Reits Management Limited. He previously served as the Chief Investment Officer of DTGO Corporation Limited.

With over 30 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, and asset management, Mr Susayan has held leadership positions at DTGO, BBL Asset Management, Krungthai Asset Management, Bangkok Bank, and KasikornBank, with contributions to retirement fund and capital market development through the Thai Government Pension Fund and the Association of Investment Management Companies.

Mr Susayanhas completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and the Capital Market Academy (CMA18). He also holds a Bachelor of Finance from the Bangkok University.

Than Siripokee

Than Siripokee

Independent, Non-Executive Director

Appointed to ProsperCap’s Board on 1 April 2026, Mr Than Siripokee is also the Board Chairman of Siam Technic Concrete, a publicly listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

A banking and credit professional with over four decades in financial services, Mr Siripokee started building his career at Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, where he led Metropolitan Retail Banking and provincial commercial banking operations before rising to Executive Vice President of Retail Business Credit Approval. He has contributed to SME rehabilitation through committee roles under OSMEP and the Ministry of Industry and chaired the SME Development Club at the Thai Bankers’ Association. Currently, Mr Siripokee also sits on the board of Chai Watana Tannery Group.

Mr Siripokee holds a Master in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, a Master of Housing Development and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Ms Nobklao Trakoolpan was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2026. She is presently the Managing Director at Mud and Hound Company Limited, where she oversees the operations and leads the strategic growth of a US franchise brand.

A results-driven executive, Ms Trakoolpan retains a proven record of scaling and restructuring multi-sector portfolios across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and food and beverage industries, driving sustainable operational profitability and enterprise value. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, she possesses a comprehensive background in strategic planning, business development, and marketing, complemented by robust operational expertise in managing diverse departments.

Most recently, Ms Trakoolpan was the Executive Director of Baycrest Global Solutions (Thailand) Company Limited, overseeing governance, operations, commercial growth, and talent leadership. Besides executive positions with Charoensin Pattana Company Limited, Food Factors Company Limited, Mudman Public Company Limited and Central Watsons Company Limited, she also held earlier hospitality positions at IHG and Marriott International.

Ms Trakoolpan holds a Master of International Hotel Management from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, and is a PhD candidate in Innovation and Technopreneurship at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr Phonlasit Phumiwasana was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ProsperCap Corporation Limited on 1 May 2026. In this capacity, Mr Phumiwasana is responsible for managing the Company's overall operations and executing strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals, ultimately attaining sustainable growth.

As a veteran with over 20 years of management experience across diverse sectors, Mr Phumiwasana is a skilled and strategic business leader who has demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and delivered exceptional growth for companies such as DAOL REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited, Thai Consumer Distribution Centre, and Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited, where he held senior executive positions. Additionally, he has extensive experience in debt restructuring and capital injections, has led numerous real estate mergers and acquisitions, has showcased strong deal-closing skills, and has consulted various listed companies on successful investments and REIT listings.

Mr Phumiwasana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. With his extensive management experience and proven skills, he is well-positioned to lead ProsperCap Corporation through its next phase of development and growth.

Senior Vice President, Head of Finance

Joining ProsperCap in March 2024, Zyn Leow oversees all aspects of the Company's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls as the Senior Vice President, Head of Finance.

With over 21 years of accumulated experience with renowned companies such as Frasers Logistics, Keppel Infrastructure Fund, and Ernst & Young LLP, Zyn is highly competent in various financial functions, including management reporting, consolidation, taxation, capital management, treasury, compliance, and audit. She was actively involved in the initial public offering (IPO) of Frasers Industrial & Logistics Trust and several subsequent merger and acquisition (M&A) exercises thereafter.

Zyn holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National Technological University of Singapore and is recognised as a Chartered Accountant of Singapore by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

John Foeng joined ProsperCap in February 2025 as Vice President, Asset Management, United Kingdom (UK), and oversees all operational and investment-related matters concerning the company’s asset portfolio in the UK.

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, John has gained valuable experience and insights working with renowned global hotel management companies such as Hyatt, Peninsula, Sheraton, and Marriott, as well as hotel developers and investment companies in Asia since 2011. His expertise includes hotel operation, revenue, asset, and financial management.

John holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Vice President, Legal Services

As the Vice President, Legal Services of ProsperCap, Benedict Tan joined the Company in February 2025 and is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal and compliance risks of the Company.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance and legal advisory, Benedict has effectively overseen a broad spectrum of commercial projects and transactions, including property development and construction, asset management, M&A, joint venture, and corporate finance. Prior to ProsperCap, he held executive positions with Auric Pacific Group, Stamford Land and Frasers Centrepoint, and gained valuable insights working with jurisdictions across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.​

Graduated from the University of Buckingham with a Bachelor of Law, Benedict also holds a Master of Science in Risk Management, Regulations and Operations, from the University of Reading.

Apa Jetjamras

Vice President, Corporate Finance

Highly competent in investment analysis and strategic financial planning, Apa Jetjamras joined ProsperCap as Vice President, Corporate Finance, in February 2024.

Reporting to the CFO, she is responsible for reviewing all strategic financial initiatives and appraising potential investment opportunities.

Apa has a total of 14 years of practical experience working with private equity fund organisations and DTGO Group, ProsperCap’s parent company. She is well-versed in financial planning and analysis that aligns and synchronizes financial goals with overall corporate strategies.

As a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Apa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
