Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
This cessation is due to increasing executive responsibilities of Mr Thitawat Asaves' role within thecontrolling shareholder, DTGO Group and as a result, he is no longer able to commit sufficient time to theCompany. Mr Thitawat Asaves will relinquish his position as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Directorand a member of the Investment Committee of the Company.

After having interviewed Mr Thitawat Asaves and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Thitawat Asaves as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
