Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
The cessation is due to an internal restructuring within the controlling shareholder, DTGO Corporation Limited, whereby Ms. Vanida Traitodsaporn's ("Ms. Traitodsaporn") service is required. As such, she has to relinquish her role with the Company.

Ms. Traitodsaporn is currently serving her notice period and she will continue to work with the Company through the transition period to 30 August 2024 to ensure a smooth handover of duties.

After having interviewed Ms. Traitodsaporn and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms. Traitodsaporn as Chief Financial Officer.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms. Traitodsaporn, and there are no disagreements between Ms. Traitodsaporn and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
