Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
The cessation of Mr. Surawat Suwanyangyuen ("Mr. Surawat") as a Chief Investment Officer is due to the appointment of Mr. Surawat as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Ms. Vanida Traitodsaporn ("Ms. Traitodsaporn") with effect from 2 September 2024.

After having interviewed Mr. Surawat and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Surawat as Chief Investment Officer.

In the meantime, the duties of the Chief Investment Officer will be split between Mr. Surawat and Mr. Iqbal Jumabhoy, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company.
